Ice Cream Shoppe Birthday

Welcome to Nevaeh’s Ice Cream Shoppe Est. 2009

I am so excited to share such a special birthday party with you.
Nevaeh turned three and we made sure to give her one sweet little party.

A lot of the decor was done through printables designed by The Paper Plume
Jessica has done an amazing job and you should check out some of her parties.

I found an old toy cash register on Etsy and had to have it for our little shoppe.
The wooden Open and Ice Cream sign are hand painted by me.

The cake turned out beautiful thanks to my talented friends at The Mad Bakers
The cake sat on top of a very old metal milk crate that I love.

I used an old shelf that was painted the perfect shade of blue to hold the toppings.
I used different sized china all in white to hold the toppings.

The fabric banner was made with fabric strips and the pennant banner from The Paper Plume
The doily banner was made by folding paper doilies in half.

Cotton candy sugar cones where placed in a cupcake stand from Target.
Paper was wrapped around the cones and pretty pink twine.

Old fashioned lollipops in a white bakers bowl sat behind the open sign.
Guests had their choice of ice cream to make a cone or sundae to celebrate.

The best part is the special birthday girl sharing her day with cousins and friends.
Even the adults indulged in ice cream and toppings just like the little ones.

Our favorite moon pies with a cream cheese frosting in the middle.
This stand was made from a candle stick and bowl to be used for this party.

The blue buckets are from the Dollar Store and filled with ice to hold the ice cream containers.
The cookies are pineapple glaze and are heavenly on another handmade stand.

The pink sundae bowls can be found at the lovely Bake It Pretty along with the mini spoons.
We used striped Favor Bags which where filled with candies and a popping ice cream cone.

The little ones topped their cones with all sorts of goodies and ended up cleaning off in the sprinkler.
The frames used for the party where all spray painted to give more color.

Ice Cream was everywhere even at the little ones picnic table.
They each had plastic ice cream cone bubbles to play with.

We went through a lot of water since it was such a hot day.
I filled my galvanized bucket full of ice and the bottled water stayed nice and cold.
I love the way everything went together just like an Ice Cream Shoppe.
The colors for the party where pink, blue, yellow with a little pop of red here and there.
Isn’t this the most adorable invitation?
Seriously if you have a party coming up get in touch with The Paper Plume

The present of the day was an Ice Cream Maker just for the Birthday girl.
We had a wonderful time together and I think this should be a regular thing around here!
Thank you for all of your help The Paper Plume & Bake It Pretty
Are you planning any parties right now?
