2012 Resolutions???

Are you curious to see how I did with my 2012 resolutions? I know that I am. So this was a big year for me. I wish I could tell you that I found balance but I didn't. Instead I'm still struggling to find it. If I find it I will be sure to pass it on to those of you struggling as well. I'm working on living more in the moments and listening to when my family needs me. I've improved on some things but wouldn't exactly say it's where I want to be. Instead of dropping weight I've gained weight thanks to my thyroid and poor choices. I did open my shop this spring. My goals for my handmade business are changing but more on that later. All and all though it's been a very successful year blogging and growing.

To make the time for the important things.
I will live more in the moments that matter.
I will cook like I used to & use my crock pot.
I will learn to say no & not spread myself too thin.
I will learn to use my camera.
I will drop some pounds & control my portions.
I will talk my father into getting a cell phone.
I will open my shop this spring.
I will be better organized in my life.
I will have long conversations with my bestie again.
I will take more videos of my children.

  4. That's a great quote. And since I follow along on your blog I'd like you to know that you've had more wins in 2012 than you may feel. Everyday you choose to get out of bed, mother your kids, and be yourself, its another win on the books. Mistakes come and go, life is way to short to dwell. Think of all the life you've had over the last year, the moments money could never buy. It's all right there, and now another year to start on a blank page. I love blank pages. XOXO
