Reasons I Suck as of Lately

Life is surely not all lollipops and rainbows so I wanted to give you all a little insight as to how perfectly un perfectly my life as a Wife, Mommy, and Blogger can be. So go ahead read on and give yourself a hug because I guarantee you are doing awesome!

1. I haven't painted my nails in over a month...
2. I always forget what day it is...
3. Way too much on this girls to do list...
4. Not accomplishing one gosh darn thing today...
5. Missing my 20 year old body....
6. Falling in love with another reality show...
7. Trying to find more patience at the end of the day...
8. Watching our newly neutered cat look for his goods...
9. Having the Mr. pick up fast food for dinner...
10. Getting distracted when I should be working...
11. Laptop battery is dead...
12. Waking up with my dogs bum in my face...
13. Cleaning the toilet because boys are gross...
14. Staying up brainstorming only to wake up uninspired...
15. Turning on the porch light and the light bulb blowing...
16. Waking up to a pimple gross...
17. Saving 1 piece of Taffy for sugar fix only to realize kids ate it...
18. Finding dirty socks in my sheets...
19. Loosing one of my favorite earrings...
20. Sporting a super hero band-aid...

  1. Number 17 is so depressing, especially when you specifically saved it for yourself. :( I always try to have some kind of candy around because you never know when you REALLY need it. It doesn't sound like you suck too badly though! I'm sure there are lots of times I've got you beat. :)

  2. This list is awesome cause I can agree with number{s} 1-7, 10, 13, 17 but replace kids with husband, 20 - I had transformers doe that count? Haha here's to a new week! :)

  4. I love Kelli's comment - bad day, not bad life. And, you had company on #4 today. A day that began with freezing rain, and all steps, sidewalks, and streets glazed over led to me pretty much sitting on the couch and doing nothing. And, while appreciate the need everyone has to rest and recharge periodically, I know from experience that after a whole day like that, I will go to bed cranky and unable to get to sleep. Bleh. Well, here's to a more productive tomorrow!
